Using Medicare has limited amount of medicines I can have and limit the doctors that I can have .I can’t go to Philly anymore I really miss my doctor.. my family doctor really doesn’t understand this disease and it’s hard to explain him he doesn’t understand that it still hurts even with all the drugs I take now . I have no money left to pay for Lyrica and I’ve been taking it for last four years .now I’m going to have to go through With draw . I have to go to my family doctor and tell them that I can’t afford to pay for this medicine anymore I really want to say ,WTF .

I have bursitis in my hips and chronic pain in my back and I have fibromyalgia. My health therapist on here has provided me with exercises which may help once I can do them. I've started walking and she is very encouraging.
I am now going to see a physical therapist and doing stretching exercises and doing ultrasound therapy. It's helping my hips but my back still hurts and it's so hard to deal with this amount of pain.
I now walk about a mile a day.

I have trouble lifting things over 10 lb. Walking makes my legs go numb. I have a place on my back between my shoulder blade and my spine that is in constant pain no matter what I'm doing. Sometimes it's so bad that it goes all the way through to my chest.
