Back Pain Exercises | Robax Exercise Guide | Glute Stretch Exercise
Welcome to the Robax Exercise Guide. This video series demonstrates various back exercises to help you stretch and strengthen your back and relieve lower back pain.
Glute Stretch Exercise. This is a stretching exercise.
Begin by lying flat on your back with your left leg bent and left foot flat on the floor. Keeping your shoulders flat on the floor, bring your right foot up and place it on the front of your left thigh. Lift your left foot off the floor slightly and hold for 30 to 60 seconds, or for as long as is comfortable.
Your knees should be bent up to 90 degrees if you are able. Lower your left foot and take your right foot off your left thigh. Repeat using the opposite leg.
Hold for 30 to 60 seconds, or for as long as is comfortable.
