I have arthritis of my spine. Spinal stenosis in the lumbar region and a bulging disc in my upper back. Chiropractic doesn't help much, physical therapy and massage help some but doesn't cure it. I had a spinal block that was extremely painful and didn't help at all. I've had steroid shots 3 times and they help for about 3 days. I will try accupuncture next but need to save the money as they are expensive. Pain is limiting my activities and interfering with my life!
