My back problems are not caused by any accident or injury. Some are birth defects. Other life style and possibly age. Soaking in a tub of warm water helps me the best but one cannot stay in a tub of warm water.Pain pills sometimes take the edge off but can make my head fuzzy so I tried various herbal remedies and found CuraMed 750mg soft gel capsules to work about the same as oxycodone or morphine for me. I have been told my muscles are atrophying so next week I am going to PT and have them show me what to do at home to strengthen my back muscles . Also need to know what not to do. Warm weather helps as does being in the sun with my back to the sun's rays. Cold, damp, rain make it worse.
