Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Massage
    Improved
Supportive Shoes, Ice, Rest, Stretching, Heat
    Not Improved
TENS/Electrical Stimulation, Supplements, NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Mattress Change
    Worsened
    Cortisone Injection, Oral corticosteroids

The worst worst treatment was the cortisone injections. The first set worked great. The second, three months later not at all. And then my hair began to fall out and is still falling. Wish someone had told me that was a common side effect. But then, I wouldn't have had the expensive treatments, right? Very unhappy, to say the least. And my back still hurts. The only thing that helps is strong, hard massages from my husband several times a day.
