Had back surgery in October of last year can't stand sit or do anything for longer then 10minutes lower spine swells up and very painful. Pain goes there my spine (lower spine) thur my hips in my and inner thighs... can't lay on my left or right side can't lay on my back for too long when lay on my stomach for too long when I get up it feels like I had surgery all over again.
