Chiropractic helps to get aligned and get pain relief on the short term. I go once a month. Physical Therapy has gotten me off the couth. I use to sit on the couth all day and was constantly going to the chiropractor. Getting stronger by doing core exercises has help to not reinjure myself. Other exercises from my physical therapist has helped and I do them daily to stay strong. In corpora ting safe exercises for osteoporosis has help me not to get injured. Moist heat is only good after being adjusted from the chiropractor and ice is good when a part of the body is inflamed. A hot shower is good to warm up the body in cold weather to get rid of a little stiffness and warm the muscles before exercising. Where as pain pills work to temporally manage pain when it hurt to bad and I can't get to the chiropractor.
