I've tried a lot of different things with no improvements. The improvement i did get was only temporary. I was carrying a 620lb pallet (not alone) when it suddenly came down on me popping my shoulder out and back in, ripping muscles from my shoulder to the base of my skull, damaging nerves, etc... Now all the discs in my neck are bad, but the nerve damage is the worst part. It effects my trigeminal and cranial nerves down to my feet! The other pain i would be able to just take ibuprofen, stretching, and strengthening and deal with it. The nerve damage is not so easy and hurts like hell. The Only thing that helps is opioids! The meds i took before the opioids is More than 4 pages long from Only the pm dr. that I have now! It has completely destroyed my life!!!
