I've tried certain back stretches from home, sometime it may have helped ,but most of the time it made it worse. Chiropractic did not help the pain at all,but only went once in awhile. I'm just starting this week to go to physical therapy twice a week and Chiropractic once a week. This pain use to be sporadic about a year ago,now it's daily.when I first get up in the a.m.,it's hardly there until I get started with things.I am also going to the gym about 3 to4 times a week.mostly bike and trend mill, no free waits. It is so frustrating, but it could always be worse.
