I did not have an injury. I developed spinal stenosis over a period of years. I have been in constant pain for almost two years. The leg pain has limited my mobility and there are days when I can barely walk. I have been seeing a chiropractor for almost 5 years with minimum relief. I have seen a neurologists and also a orthopedic in the past two years with very limited success. The anti inflammation medication has helped a lot but I am still in pain. At this point I am considering surgery just to get out of this pain. I am also currently doing some exercises and trying to lose weight. I have tried a lot and would be interested in any information that has worked for others.
