I have constant back pain. It lessens temporarily with the above treatments but always comes back with a vengeance. I had L-2 thru L-5 fusion surgery in 2009 and right hip replacement in 2015. I'm scheduled for L5S1 and L6 surgery. Severe arthritis as well. I'm on Oxycodone 10 IR 3x a day and get little relief from that. Mostly enough to bathe and cook a meal. In the morning, I can't imagine even moving but after the meds kick in, I am able to get my day started. Usually takes at least an hour. My only relief is the hour I get twice a week from the physiotherapist. He's wonderful but bit never lasts.
