Pulling stretching feeling in hamstrings feels like sciatica going down both legs, also pain in calves. Feels like Charlie horses coming on, sleep issues, deep depression, so much pain can hardly walk until medicine works. Increasing medicine but I don't want to anymore trying

Sleep too much, too much medicine, ice, slight walking , surgery suggested but I'm afraid, many surgeon referrals, epidural injections I was always told try to avoid back surgery but I'm miserable and my family is miserable, feel helpless but medicate all the time. Knees and ankles hurt, back hurts slipped disk totally miserable
