I'm not sure how I developed lowerback pain. It just came on one day, possibly from over activity and weight gain. I tried heat, ice, over the counter back medicine, and only got temporary improvement. Then I decided to lose weight. After losing 25 lbs it improved about 90%. Still just a little bit of pain occasionally, but using exercises and additional weight loss to improve more.
