Lumbar fracture in 2008. Pt for 3 mos. pain reduced. 2010 pain worsened & started having painful spasms lasting several days. Pt for 6 + months for frozen shoulder 2014 & began Mobic. Pain worsened & more frequent SI dislocations & spasms. SI & lumbar injections stating Feb 2016. Some pain relief with injections, but still have constant lumbar pain & SI discomfort.
