I can't stand no more than 5 min. in one place. The only way I can walk with out pain in a store is when I'm pushing a buggy. It takes the pressure off my back. I have a hard time standing straight when am walking. The more I walk the more pain I have in my lower back. When sitting or laying down my right foot goes numb on me. I'm going to spine specialist April 28th to see what they can do for me.
