Since 1989 I've had three laminecomies, which helped some. Two stimulators, which made things way worse especially the second one. Cortisone injections which made it worse. Nsaids which helped the pain but only covered up the problem. Physical therapy helped with the core muscles.2014-2015 I finally had enough. I found a reconstructive spine surgeon. He discovered this alone of mine is in such bad shape due to my mom did while carrying me. Narcotics and alcohol. It took me 20 years to find a docor, and I've seen quite a few, who figured this out with ne. I had a 4 level fusion in my neck in November 2014 and my back fused in March of 2015. All levels are during very nicely in both cases. It's too bad it took that long for anyone to figure this out.
