Spinal Stenosis. Opiates worked and doesn't work. Exercise, stretching helps right after , but still in pain!! Not on opiates now. Walking is extremely painful, so is sitting. The only relief I get is on the floor. Having spinal fusion and enlarging the spinal canal. Terrified to have it, but can't live with level 10 pain every freaking day. All procedures I have had failed. What gets to my soul is people say I look fine. They can't comprehend what it's like unless they have been through it!!!
