I am a true believer in PT. This particular time, it just didn't work. It's hard to get that disk back in place!!! I've had problems for years, but this time it was incredibly debilitating. I'm better after much treatment and Motrin ( not good for your liver even if it is the miracle over the counter drugs ). It's so complicated, the healing process. Although I should do more stretching (it hurts) I am greatful that I can use the treadmill daily.
