Nothing worked very well. Physical therapy felt good but within a half hour pain was back. Same with chiropractic trestmentd

Shots\ epidural helped but only for a few days. Accupuncture didn't make any difference. I gad to take 3 or 4 times the recommended dose of ibuprofen to feel any relief. Prescription Lyrica amd gabapentin made me so dopey I could not function (I was only taking 1/2 the normal dose). Yoga helped some but it took a lot of time. I think the cyst on my spine burst after three years of excruciating pain. Now I can walk again and am making the most of my time . I Don't ever want to feel like that again
