Spondylolithesis, no injury as far as I can remember.

First started with chiropractor 3 times/week for 28 sessions. Really helped me a lot.

Then had epidural injections, which helped even more.

Now going to PT twice/week and doing stretching exercises at home.

Have been able to continue my tap & jazz classes once/ week.

Walking is one of the best exercises that most everyone can do to strengthen your back.

After my back gets in good shape, we'll start working on my neck (also spinal stenosis), which has caused shoulder and arm pain for years.

I'm grateful to have good insurance in order to use these services to have a better quality of life.
