I have a burning pain while I walk 20-30 steps in my front thighs, both, left worse then right. No one can tell me where this pain is coming from. Also, lower back pain. I have been told, this type of pain comes from L3 but nothing is showing up on MRI. L5/S1 shows herniated disc that got worse since Dec 2015. Have been to UVA and they were no help, they sent me to hip dr and nothing is wrong with my hips, neurologist they sent me back to my primary care. Went to John Hopkins, they thought it was hip bursa, rec shots in both hips and my pain got worse in my legs and back. I have been all over and no one can help me. Dr. Chadduck wants me to get 2 more shots for the herniated L5/S1. He states this is not where my pain is coming from. This has been going on for 11 yrs. My legs are getting worse. I did have 2 EMG's, came back negative. 2 Leg scan, blood flow is good. Had a CT scan with dye for blood flow for legs, came back good flow. CT of abdominal, nothing showed up. But no one will give me an xray of my legs or an MRI. I did fall on tail bone in 1983 and felt my spine shift all the way up, could be an old injury coming back to haunt me.
