Tends and anti- inflamitory Meds help. Last year had another bad fall needed wound care for 10 weeks whole rt leg turn black and blue and at my knee a blister formed and was punctured which led to an infection down the front and side of my knee. Still very tender. This past Christmas

Fell at my daughters, on my right hip. Have been in pain with that still today. Sever pain in my hip, down the left side of my leg and inside of my leg. Especially at night very severe. Ice helps a bit.
