Treatment Ratings

    Improved
Acetaminophen (Tylenol), Heat, Stretching, Strengthening Exercises, Walking/Hiking
    Not Improved
    Physical Therapy, Ice

Always very active for my age (77). Used to walk 2-3 miles daily, lots of lawn work, lifting and a lot of long term standing in part-time retail job. All of the preceding and other activities have diminished to very little activity to none because of pain and sciatica.
