Went to the er and was told I had spinal stenosis but do to the fact I don't have a primary doctor yet I am still trying to figure out my problems. I finally got accepted as a new patient to be seen on April 8th. I work an average of 48 to 60 hours a week and I am on my feet most of the day stocking, lifting or running a register the life of a store manager. Anyway about 6 months ago I b egun having pain all the time lower back down into my buttocks, down my legs, hips, tingling, numbness, clumsy feet difficulty with balance and in the morning difficult to get up I sometimes feel like my tendons are twisted n don't want to work. I have always been active strong and this is just mm asking day to day life difficult and I don't know what to do or what to trust
