Diagnosed with Scoliosis as a teenager-possibly due to right leg being 1/2" shorter-developed /diagnosed with spinal stenosis in 30's. Tried Chiropractor, NSAIDS, oral corticosteroids, cortisone shots, various meds for pinched nerve relaxation. Am on Gabapentin 2 600mg 3x a day they only slow it down a bit-When I was taking the cortosone shots it helped more but don't like taking the steroid too often. Muscle relaxers help sometimes. Was told 15 yrs ago I need to think about some surgery but have only heard bad results.
