Regular practice of the Gokhale 8-steps has given me my mobility back. A year ago I was unable to walk more than 100 feet without severe right low back pain and sciatica - I had to use hiking sticks for almost all walking, and was reduced to light duty at work. I could not drive/sit in a car for more than 20 min without same (had to stretch out in back seat for relief). With disciplined practice of the Gokhale method, I can now walk several miles without sticks and with only very minimal occasional stiffness. I am confident that continued practice will relieve me of even that. I am a nurse working in a busy hospital unit - Esther saved me from pain meds and surgery, and allowed me the freedom to keep working. What more could anyone ask??
