Despite these slight feelings of pain in my low back, I feel much better. I just need to remember all those details to pay attention to, like glidewalking, tallstanding, inner corset, correct sitting. When the pain comes, it is very light and happens when I do some wrong movement but then I can adjust it but doing all those recommendations. What I really enjoy to do as a huge support for my low back, is glidewalking with squeezing the buttocks and hip hinging, which I do as a part of my morning exercise complex and then I feel how everything starts to circulate in my whole body, up to my head! Great complex and a great experience!
