I had surgery 5 years ago and it helped for about a year1/2 then it came back. Since then I have been on Steroids, Steroid injection, epidural injections (2 sets of 3) in 2 years, stretching, ibuprophen and Percocet ,which is the only thing that gives me any relief. The epidural injections last year helped about one year. the last set was 2 months ago I had injections times 3 and the pain is now back. I have tried to exercise (walking) and it makes it worse)
