Traumatized my back getting out of the back seat that was almost to the floor of a two door car. There was nothing to hold onto to get out. The car was too short to get on knees to crawl out. I did get out but it did hurt my back badly. I could not rest in bed. Hurt badly. Tried physical therapy, and got bad. Physical therapist sent me to neurologist. He said I needed surgery. Sought second opinion. That neurologist. Said get steroid injections. That's what I did. I got three steroid injections. But I hsvent waked without a walker outside the house since. This problem happened over two years ago 2013. I go to arthritis foundation exercises twice a week. Classes are for an hour.
