Its a daily struggle to brush my teeth and to straighten up same after washing a few dishes. I have to wear my back brace regularly especially when lifting my 2 year old granddaughter or anything heavier then 10 - 15 lbs. Its just frustrating and a daily struggle. I do my back and leg stretches and go for a 20 - 30 min walk with the help of a stick or cane. When shopping at grocery store I tend to lean on shopping cart for assistance.
