NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Physical Therapy, Heat, Stretching, Strengthening Exercises,

Saw PT who thought was sensitized nerve root fibers and said go do all usual activity and more to desensitize. This has not worked after 6 months still have daily pain. Exercise does not increase the pain, lifting over 10 pounds exacerbates and is acute for 3 days. Standing yoga poses can exacerbate. I do over 4 hours of aerobics a week (eliptical, stepper and stationary bike 4 days a week and formal yoga class 2 days a week) plus usual activity.
