Issue is with lower back, but pain is in my left thigh, and now in my left calf as well. Feels like a giant cramp. Adversely affects walking and standing. NSAIDs don't help. I have laminectomy before and I do not want any more back surgery. Had a corisone epidural a bit over three months ago, and that helped for sure. But pain just came back about a wee ago. I can't get epidurals more than 3x a year. I also have cervical stenosis, so far managing that.... I want to swim, but I can't. I went to chiropractor, which I only did because others like them... but this did not help and I felt I was wasting my money. I go to physical therapy -- it's helped my balance but not the pain. I was good for about 8 years after my laminectomy. Then physical therapy helped and I went another 3 years ok. Now things are ;painful.
