Treatment Ratings

    Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Rest, Chiropractor, Supportive Shoes, Heat, Traction, TENS/Electrical Stimulation, Walking/Hiking,

Although I have pain almost continuously that frequently wakes me up at night, I continue to participate in vigorous activities. Hiking, backpacking, kayaking, biking and gym workouts usually begin with level 7-9 pain, but within an hour I have some relief.
