I have a strange condition with my back in that I wake up from pain during the night, every night, usually around 3-5am. The back pain dissipates once I have been seated for a few hours. Elevating on a wedge pillow also helps with alleviating the pain. No one has been able to provide a diagnosis or effective treatment.
