After walking for 5 minutes or so my left foot begins to "slap" the ground when my foot hits the ground. I get pain in my upper left hip / lower left back after walking for 12 minutes and need to stop for several minutes. I can walk for about 20 minutes total and then need to sit and rest due to pain in my upper left hip.
