I dance twice a week for 2-3 hours, walk 2-3 time a week with steep uphill climbing about 4-7 hours a week plus I swim 2-3 times a week for 1 hour. I feel the pain mostly after sitting or at the later part of the dancing and sometimes on the hikes.
