Started with chiropractic was doing well for 4 months where pain was tolerant, had muscle stimulation, exercise, massage as a treatment. Then it was like a light switch and back to 100 % pain.

Was diagnosed with SI joint, had two rounds of shots with anisthesa & cortizone only worked for 3 weeks each time. Then had nerves burned this lasted about 3 months then back.

Doing acupuncture and I an now having more back to back good days & have been able to go back to yoga 2 times a week on top of exercise stretching every morning
