had both knees replaced at the same time two years ago. Always stiff and sore, inflamed. Dr said that 'wasn't his problem, the surgery was ok. Makes it hard to walk, hence the weight gain. Have several problems with my back, was going to a 'pain doctor'. Gave me shots in the back which were supposed to last 3 months/ Wrong. about 2 weeks if I was lucky. He was very against giving out pain pills, said that he didn't want me to become 'addicted' to them. Asked him if he would rather that I was addicted to pain, he walked out of the room without answering me, sent his nurse back in to tell me he couldn't do anything more for me. The pain pill were not very strong either.
