I have been struggling with spinal stenosis for about 18 years. I have had cortisone injections, physical therapy, electrical stimulations, cervical fusion, minimally invasive lumbar decompression, lumbar fusion, Lyrica, Neurontin/gabapentin, and more. Nothing has given lasting relief. My legs and feet hurt almost all the time. It is a nagging, burning pain. I have resigned myself to having to live with chronic pain, but am open to trying new possible solutions. I am 66 years old and exercise regularly, but am a little stiff and clumsy at times.
