Strained and pulled my back muscles at work. Pain radiating down left legs with tntermittent pain down right leg. Inability to walk long distances or stand very long. Unable to lift more than 5 lbs. At a time. My hips feel as if being split apart. I have tried all of the above recourse to alleviate my pain. I am in pain constantly, the drs. Only recommend Tylenol 500 for pain. I have developed high blood pressure, weight gain, and diabetes due to my inability to move. Due to this back and hip injury I have been immobilized from my previously active lifestyle. Counting my blessings I wake to a new Day !
