Started back problems when I was 20 years old. I've done a lot of physical labor in my lifetime. Over the years it has gotten progressively worse. I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, and feel horrible almost on a daily basis. I have been told that I am not a good candidate for surgery so I don't know what else to do. I have gotten some short term relief (a couple hours or a day at the most) then it starts all over again.
