I have not found a treatment that work best for me except for some stretching, taking over the counter pain medicines, taking gabapentin have helped me somewhat lower some pain. I feel extreme pain when I walk for too long down into my hips and it hurts to walk as my hips begin popping and the pain radiates into my legs also when this happens. It is as if gravity is pulling all my weight down into my buttocks and hips.
