Treatment Ratings

    Improved
Epidural, TENS/Electrical Stimulation, Weight loss, Acetaminophen, Chiropractor, Rest, Cortisone Injection
    Not Improved
Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs

My condition has progressively worsened since 2010. When I say improved, improvement is only temporary. Injections last a couple months, pain meds only last a certain time frame, I.e. 4,6, or 8 hours. Resting only helps for a short time after. Physical and water therapy is only temporary. The tens unit helps while you have it on.
