Severe sciatic pain 15 yrs ago, chiropractic, yoga and stretching did the trick. I do a few minutes of yoga every day first thing, also do a lot of walking and play racquet sports. I have been eating about half cup of sour or tart cherries every day for about a year and have no more pain in my knee or right thumb. Two frozen shoulders due to injury cured by chiropractic and PT. occasionally if I feel I may have pulled a muscle I take ibuprofen and use ice.
