Treatment Ratings

    Not Improved
    Cortisone Injection

I had an auto vs a large black angus bull accident in 2015. I hit the bull, it flew onto my hood and flipped up onto the roof, landing right over my head and smashed the roof to about one inch above the steering wheel. I have 5 disks that are damaged, severe lumbar and neck pain, spondyolesthesis, muscle pain which is a daily occurrence. Surgery is not an option at this point because of the complexity of the injury. I have had a lot of physical therapy, been through a spine institute, traction for back and cervical. My current treatment is medial branch blocks 2-3 times a year in lumbar and cervical and radio frequency treatments. Am allergic to codine, morphine and fentynal so I only use tynelol for pain plus joint injections for RA by my radiologist. Live in daily pain, am disabled. I use distraction, heat and ice for pain and rest.
