I walk almost 1.5-2 miles a day at work thru out the day. I am on cement all day. I do streches on my breaks to loosen up some of the tightened muscles. My back is always falling out of alignment. Which causes me to go see a chiropractor frequently. But i am not getting much relief from any of the treatments ive recieved
