Have had spinal stenosis for 15 plus years. I've had 2 cervical surgeries with no improvement. Now I have siatica with a bulging disc at L 4 5 . they want to do surgery but I've been putting it off. The likely hood that I'll have to have another surgery is greater on my lost back I've been told. The surgeries in the past have only made my pain worse. I also have fibromyalgia. I've had numerous cortisone shots, physical therapy. I use a tens unit, nothing has helped. Any suggestions?
