After being on my feet for an hour or more my back starts to hurt. I have to limit my shopping time or use a shopping cart to lean on. As the day goes on my back gets tired and I find my posture gets worse. I hate the rounded way I look and it affects my self-esteem

Every morning I walk my dog at the beach for a mile or mile and a half. I do stretching exercises most days and try to practice the Gokhale method.
