    NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Stretching, Strengthening Exercises

Exercise 1-4 x per week, stretches with Yoga, diet to lose wt.. Wt gain due to Cymbalta for fibro, have stopped the Cymbalta presently, pain, numbness to toes of both feet R foot worse, pain with sciatica to both hips that radiate down R leg only, disc bulge to L3-4, L5- S1 levels, moderate bilateral facet hypertrophy, ventral osteophytes & moderate disc narrowing @ L3-4, L5-S1, degenerative disc disease, no intradural lessions, no paravertebral sof tissue abnormalities.the L3-4 through L5-S1 disc bilges impinge upon the thecal sac partially compromising the adjacent neural form Na bilaterally
