Lots of treatments Swimming helps for me to get exercise in. Have worked on weight loss . Adding a 4in topper to mattress helps with joint pain. Take one hydrocodome a day

that helps take the edge off the pain. Good shoes with support. Everything I have tried over the years is to keep from having surgery. I have been advised that the surgery would be extensive and possible s year to recoop and then could be worse. I really need a new back and right foot that is affected by a vertebrae pinching a nerve.
